Agathe Jerie

Agathe Jerie was raised in Switzerland and graduated from the conservatory in Bern. Afterwards she studied in Prague with Prof. Ivan Straus and in Basel with H.H. Schneeberger. Agathe taught traditionally for a long time while raising her four children. In 1996, she came across the Suzuki Method and completed her training with Kerstin Wartberg, graduating in 1999 with level 5. Now she works at the music school in Wetzikon where she leads a Suzuki class and organizes numerous concert tours. She is also a teacher trainer and has instructed people from Switzerland, Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic moreover she was teaching at several workshops (Germany, France, Croatia and Italy).

She is the founder of the International Music Summer School.

Agathe Jerie is the founder of the International Children's Music School and has been its director for 10 years.
